Onboarding call
‍All initial services required are outlined and contracts, including a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) are signed in a 30-60 minute call.

‍Deep Dive interviewing
‍(3 x 60 minute interviews)
In-depth interviews with the team to find their project's strengths, motivation, and core thesis. Usually, a combination of these attributes is where a unique opportunity for true innovation lies. We drill down to the core to find the true gem hidden within the project's general idea. Our first job is not to flex our expertise - it's to identify why and how you and your ideas could succeed (and find a way to build on that).

‍Extensive data request
A formal request for all data related to the ecosystem is issued.

‍Data Structuring
All data gathered from interviews and the data request is organized and structured for ecosystem conceptualization and blueprinting.

Model Blueprinting
‍Draft models are created and discussed within the tokenomic expert team until a final blueprint is agreed upon to best fit the unique features and needs of the project.

Full Ecosystem Model Creation
We create one or more accurate and interactive models using all data extracted from the interviews and the data request. The model will produce a clear visual image of token flow and value distribution. We will use this model to generate the initial data used in Event 1: Ecosystem Model delivery and Interphase Discussion.

Ecosystem Model Delivery and Interphase Discussion

The complete ecosystem models are presented to the client and a final round of feedback is conducted. Because of the cooperative and iterative process in Phase 2, critical feedback is expected to be minimal.

When the final version is agreed upon, we proceed to Simulation and Analysis.

Final Product Delivery

Model Delivery
Based on the service utilized, you will receive all models made throughout the process with instructions on interactive variables and outcome interpretation. Generally, somewhere between 2 to 6 models are delivered depending on the ecosystem complexity.

Report Delivery
Complete Ecosystem Report on all relevant data in multiple scenarios, including key performance indicators, safe ranges and recommendations.

Ongoing support
‍You will receive ongoing support and maintain a direct line of contact to our specialist.

Live-ops
Once your ecosystem goes live, we will monitor your ecosystem weekly and perform health checks and reports.
